                        Congratulation brothers & Sisters,fighters and snattaian's, it's a very proud moment for JE'S all over India that SNATTA is going to hold its 7th All India Conference (AIC) in Kolkata  by 8th and 9th Sept 2018.On behalf of SNATTA CTD & SNATTA WB,the 7th AIC RECEPTION COMMITTEE welcome all delegates,guests and seniors from every corner of India to the great City of Revolution,Joy & glory.Its a very prestigious occasion to transfer the batton to the Next generation leaders and keeping the JE unity flag always flying higher.Every Circles are hereby requested to send at least 10 to 15 delegates.

We will specially welcome JE's of 2014,2015,2016 & 2017 batch  to get accumulated and gather experience of SNATTA's history,culture,glory & tradition looking towards future.

This year our Highlighted theme will be-

LODGE ARRANGEMENT:

SNATTA AIC reception will provide lodge to its all delegates coming from all over INDIA different circles from 7th September night to 9th  September evening and all foods (breakfast,lunch & dinner) from 8th September afternoon to 9th September evening.  

If any delegates come before or goes after the scheduled lodging time ,we can make arrangement on paid basis but have to be confirmed prior to at least 15 days ahead.

Methods of delegates confirmation:

1-Download the Delegates data sheet -link of format given in chq site.

2-Complete the details  and Send it to official mail id for AIC.

3-You will received a welcome mail with costing details.

4-Paid the said costing amount to AIC official bank account. 

5-You will get a confirmation mail.

CWC Meeting:

It will be carried out as per norms of SNATTA.

Methods of getting lodge & food pass:

Delegates have to collect lodge and food pass from respective representative /responsible person as notified later by Showing BSNL Identity card.

Important points to note:

#Adhar card / voter card original is must for lodge otherwise Lodge admin  will not allow.

#BSNL I card need to be hanged on neck otherwise hall admin will  not allow.

#AIC RECEPTION COMMITTEE always  abide by the rule  and Norms of SNATTA,DRFS/152
